You can! Nothing is impossible!
Chapter 16: Leader
The first quality that leaders of large companies need is humility.
They always listen to advice and they know
that their success is due to the efforts of many people.
To remain successful,
you must be open to all possibilities. — Jim Collins

Henry Ford once said,
“Whether you think you can or can’t do something, you are right.”
Never let others decide if you can
or can’t do the things you have determined are important in your life. – Don M. Green,

The most important quality in a leader is courage and consistency.
No subordinate wants to be led by a cowardly
and impatient leader.
Nor would any intelligent subordinate allow
such a leader to dominate for a long time.
Besides,
self-control,
fairness
and confidence are also indispensable virtues
for leaders of a large company.
If you do not have faith in your own talents,
you will never lead others.
But to be a great leader,
you also need many other important qualities,
such as the ability to make decisions,
plan,
cooperate, and dare to take responsibility for yourself.
In addition,
the leader must be able to inspire
and awaken the potential in employees.
But the leader cannot be a pessimist because otherwise,
he will only promise his subordinates a future that is not bright.
You must have also noticed
that the great leaders in history have always been very optimistic people.
Even in the darkest days of the American Civil War,
Abraham Lincoln
and Robert E. Leal ways believed in a bright tomorrow.
This world needs leaders to manage and run everything,
both in the family,
at work and in society.
Therefore, being the leader of your own,
of your family is just as important
as leading a company
or an entire country.
The problem is not who you lead,
but how you lead.
In fact, if you demonstrate your leadership ability in simple things,
before long,
bigger and more important things will come to you.
“Set excellent performance as your standard
and strive to achieve it each day.”— Brian Tracy
